Generous Adventures
Generous Adventures Travel Auctions is the only all-travel benefit auction on the Internet. Our mission is to join responsible businesses and conscious-minded travelers in an effort to make the world a better place. Toward achieving this, our small staff secures a host of quality worldwide vacations, lists them on our highly visited website, sells them to the highest bidders, and donates the profits to carefully selected non-profit organizations. We offer savings for travelers, publicity for providers and funding for our beneficiaries - Everybody wins.
We are a modest 'no-frills' organization and operate with four part-time staff and six extended support team members, many of whom volunteer their time. Our office is located in a private home at the end of the U.S. road system in Homer, Alaska

Jules tripped the light fantastic into our World Head- quarters after teaching our director how to Lindy Hop. She was a shoe-in. No a joke or flash of wit has ever gone over her head…but then she does have the advantage of height. Jill of all trades, no matter what hat Jules is wearing, she is always a pleasure to dance, or work with.

from New York City. She worships large dogs and relaxes by taking beach walks.
Her apparent calm energy is unfaltering amidst the high-spirited, sometimes knee-jerking, chaotic, spastic pressures of deadlines and demands of the auction life.

Her spontaneous sushi feasts and kayaking offers keep staff well fed and out of trouble.

Luana makes a killer Caesar salad. Aside from her ability to answer any question about state and federal withholding taxes, she sings like Martha Reeves, knows when to plant her delphiniums, and can tell you what brings a red-winged crossbill to your birdfeeder. She is regarded as a Goddess everyday, and especially on payday.
